Just saying hello to everyone..
Maggie here, a history loving student and pre-school teacher who is an American Revolutionary and Civil War reenactor and living historian. I've traced my own family back to 18th c Ireland( mother's side) and Spain( dad's side) and have always been fascinated with cemetaries and the stories hidden within.
I was wondering if there are any other history buffs/reenactors here.

I love this site! I'm so glad I've stumbled upon it. The photos are truly beautiful to look at. The entire Antique Photo Album is put together very well and is so easy to navigate.

I am a genealogist and a cemetery "nut", as my husband calls me. I'm happiest during my hobbies when I am walking thru a cemetery searching for my long lost family members. When I locate them, I know then that they have not been forgotten. I photograph their headstones and add them to my family websites. My goal is to add faces to as many people as I possibly can.
